Special Note
- You will need to know your Microsoft 365 login username, please verify it by doing the following:
- Log into MyMocsNet ( https://mymocs.utc.edu/ )
- Look for the Account Info widget on your dashboard . If you don't see it, use the "Find New Widgets" button to search.
- Locate the O365 Username field. It will typically be your NetID@mocs.utc.edu. If you have applied to or attended another UT campus, your Microsoft username may be different. To request changes to the username to update it to mocs.utc.edu, visit utc.edu/upn and select "I only want my O365 username to match my UTC account".
Directions
- Before signing in to Microsoft 365, verify your O365 Username.
- Visit office.com/apps
- In the "Email, phone, or Skype" field, enter your O365 Username, then select 'Next'
- In the "Password" field, enter your usual UT Account password and select 'Sign In'
- Authenticate with Duo and you will then be signed in and directed to the Microsoft 365 Apps page. From here, you can access applications like Word, OneDrive, Outlook Email, and more.
Troubleshooting
“Your account or password is incorrect.”
You may need to change your password. Please go to https://utc.edu/pw and use the change password link to update your University of Tennessee password.
