Updating Web Profile Information

Update your Contact Information

  1. Log in to your Digital Measures account through the MyMocsNet portal or by Clicking Here.
     
  2. Under the General Information header, select "Personal and Contact Information"
     
  3. On this page you may:
  • Enter a Preferred First Name
  • Update your Building
  • Update your Office Room Number
  • Update your Office Phone

Note: If you need to update a locked field, please create a ticket here.

 

Update your Photo

  1. Log in to your Digital Measures account through the MyMocsNet portal or by Clicking Here.
     
  2. Under the General Information header, select "Personal and Contact Information"
     
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the "Photograph" section.
     
  4. You can either drag the file you wish to upload from your computer in the box provided or click it to open a file explorer window.

Note:

  • If you need a professional headshot taken, please fill out the "Request Photography" form at the bottom of the University Photography page Here.
     
  • If you wish to update your directory photo, please create a ticket here.

 

Biography, Teaching Interests, and Research Interests

These areas on your Digital Measures Profile provide you a freeform text box to share details specific to the category. Text entered into these fields will automatically show up under the following sections of your faculty web profile:

  • Biography - Biography Tab
     
  • Teaching Interests - Instruction Tab
     
  • Research Interests - Scholarship Tab

 

Control Your Web Profile Information

  1. Log in to your Digital Measures account through the MyMocsNet portal or by Clicking Here.
     
  2. Most screen entries in Digital Measures have radio buttons for  “Allow Sharing.”
     
  3. If you would like an entry to appear on your web profile, click the toggle to “Yes.”
     
  4. If you do not want the entry to appear on your web profile, ensure the toggle is set to “No.”

*Note: This is a opt-in system, meaning entries are by default set to "No"
