Review Quarantined Emails

Some email messages are quarantined because they are classified as a possible risk. To review the messages and decide whether you want to release them, follow these instructions:

  1. Navigate to
  2. A list of quarantined emails will be available.
  3. You may click messages individually to review and click the blue "Release message" button to send the message to your Inbox.
  4. You may also select multiple emails at once by checking the box next to each.
  5. Once you've selected multiple emails, you can release them all to your inbox at one time.
