If you do not know your voicemail security code, you will have to contact Client Services.

Directions

1. Dial ‘425-1777’ to access UTC voicemail

• Dial ‘423-425-1777’ if the phone you are using is not from the 423 area code

2. Dial ‘#’
    
3. Dial your 4-digit phone extension when asked for your mailbox number
    
4. Dial your 4-digit security code when prompted

• The default security code is ‘0000’

5. Dial ‘314’
    
6. Dial your new security code when prompted
