Connect Your Sony PS Vita to the UTC Network

Connecting your device to the UTC Network is a quick and simple process, just follow the directions below.

Directions (on PS Vita)

  1. Open ‘Settings’

  2. Select ‘Network’

  3. Select ‘Wi-Fi Settings’

  4. Connect to the ‘UTC’ network

  5. Locate the device’s MAC address

Directions (on another device)

  1. On another device connected to the UTC network, open your preferred web browser to: https://portal.utc.edu/registration/.

  2. Select 'Students, faculty, staff, or affiliates with a UTC ID'

  3. Sign in with your UTC ID and Password

  4. Select 'Game Console'

  5. Under the ‘Wireless MAC address’ field, enter the console’s MAC address

  6. Select the device type from the dropdown box

  7. Select ‘Submit’

Troubleshooting

“I do not know my MAC address”

  1. Select 'Settings' from the home screen
     
  2. Select 'System Options'
     
  3. Select 'System Information'
     
  4. Your device’s MAC address should be displayed here
