Log in to Qualtrics

Directions

1. Open your preferred web browser to: https://utk.qualtrics.com/
    
2. You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page. Enter your Microsoft 365 username and UTC password to continue.
    
3. Select ‘Login’

• If a ‘This seems to…’ message pops up:

1. Select ‘I don’t have a Qualtrics account’

2. Under the ‘Email’ field, enter your UTC email (ex. Jane-Smith@utc.edu or abc123@mocs.utc.edu)

3. Under the ‘First Name’ field, enter your first name (ex. Jane)

4. Under the ‘Last Name’ field, enter your last name (ex. Smith)

5. If applicable, check the ‘I am a student’ box

6. Select ‘Update'

Troubleshooting

“The credentials you provided cannot be determined to be authentic.”

1. Attempt to follow the directions one more time
    
2. If this does not work, you may need to change your password
