Installation
To install the Vivi application on your device follow the appropriate step below for your device:
University Computers
- Windows Devices - Open Software Center and install the Vivi application.
- Apple Devices - Open Self Service and install the Vivi application.
Mobile Devices
- Visit the app store and search for Vivi.
Personal Devices
- Open your browser and navigate to http://get.vivi.io The website will automatically download the correct version for your device. Run the installer and go through the setup process.
Log into Vivi
- After installation is complete, start Vivi. The next page should look like this:

- Leave the Email or Username section blank.
- Type in "utc" without the apostrophes for the Organization Code
- The next page will look like this:

- Select "University of Tennessee at Chattanooga".
- Select "Log In" on the next page.
- This should take you to the UTK sign in page. Sign in here with your UPN (the same account you use to log into Microsoft products i.e utcID@utc.edu) and password.
- If your password is not accepted, please call the Help Desk at 423-425-4000.
Sharing your Screen
- After signing in, the next page should resemble the following:

Select your building.

Select your room.

Click "Join Room" at the bottom. If prompted for a room code, enter the code on the screen in the room.

Select "Share Screen" to share your screen.

If you are using a Windows device, your screen will share immediately.

If you are using an Android device, a pop-up may appear asking you to allow screen mirroring. Screen sharing will begin once you give permission.

If you are using a MacBook, you may need to enable AirPlay mode. If needed, instructions will appear on your device.

If you are using an iOS device, you will need to enable Screen Mirroring by following the instructions on your device.
