Open your browser to www.zoom.us

Click on 'Sign In'

Click on the key icon labeled 'SSO'.

For the Company Domain, enter "tennessee" and click 'Continue'

This should take you to the UT Login page. Please enter your NETID and password and press 'Login'.

This should prompt you to use Duo Mobile. Please select 'Send me a Push' or 'Enter a Passcode.'

If this is your first time setting up Zoom, then you will be sent an email with an activation link. Please check your email. Otherwise, the system will proceed with logging you in.

Verify you are logged in correctly by checking the top right profile icon. Your account should be displayed as NETID@tennessee.edu
