MocsCard: Move Your MocsCard from an Old Phone to a New Phone

Getting a new phone

Remove your MocsCard from your old phone before activating your new phone. Your MocsCard will not automatically transfer to a new phone, it will need to be removed from the old phone and then can be downloaded to your new phone.

Already have a new phone, but forgot to remove your MocsCard

iPhone

1. Using a computer or tablet, go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and sign in using your Apple ID and password.
2. Click Devices in the left menu.
3. Under your list of Devices, select the old iPhone that has your active MocsCard.  You will see all of the cards you have active in Apple Pay. Under Wallet & Apple Pay, click Remove Items.

If you do not see your old phone, Contact the MocsCard Office at 423-425-2218 or MocsCard@utc.edu to remove it from the old phone.

Android
