Email Forwarding Request


Starting December 14, 2021, all UT faculty, staff, and departmental accounts will no longer be able to automatically forward university emails to a personal email address. For anyone automatically forwarding your email to a non-UT email address, we recommend that faculty and staff begin using their university-provided email account as soon as possible to prevent an interruption in services. Faculty and staff will be able to continue to forward email automatically between any of their UT email accounts.

Submit a Request

We continue to evaluate the use of auto-forwarding for work-related exceptions to select .edu, .gov, and .org email accounts. We do not anticipate allowing forwarding to .com and other personal email addresses.
