DASH Step Guide: How to Create a HR Assist Ticket

This article aims to provide instructions for employees on how to create a HR Assist ticket in DASH. It covers the following topics:

Getting to DASH:

  1. To log into DASH, please go to dash.tennessee.edu and click on the Employee Self-Service Finance, Human Resources, Facilities button. 

  1. Next, click, Company Single-Sign-On and enter your login credentials 

  1. Navigate to the DASH home screen (the Me tab)

Creating HR Assist Ticket

  1. Click on the HR Assist tab (Note: You may need to use the arrows to scroll through the tabs).

 

  1. Then select the My HR Assist widget

  1. After clicking on the My HR Assist button/widget, scroll to the bottom of the page and click, Create Request.

  1. From here you will be able to create your ticket by inputting the necessary information. Once you are finished, click Save to submit your ticket. To view the status of your ticket, see the previous step where under the section titled, View My Requests you will be able to view all of your active tickets.
