Business Process Overviews will provide introductory insight into DASH system functionality and design. The goal of this course is to depict business processes and key terminology. By reviewing the content, you will have a high-level context of what will occur in and outside of the DASH system and understand how Oracle will be leveraged at the University of Tennessee. Business Process Overviews highlight the general processes and are not intended to provide role-specific activities (i.e., who does what).
