Each new faculty member will formulate objectives for the time between their start date and the end of the calendar year and share with their Head or Director. The Head or Director will provide feedback. After conversing, the faculty member and Head/Director should come to an agreement on appropriate objectives.
New faculty should participate in the Digital Measures New Faculty Onboarding training module available by clicking here (Links to K@TE).
Between August 1st and 31st, the "Objectives" section of their profile in Digital Measures will be unlocked to allow their objectives to be recorded in the system.
