Non-Tenure-Track Promotion

Purpose

Faculty members applying for promotion may wish to read ยง4.8 (Promotion) of the UTC Faculty Handbook and review the guidelines therein, as well as department or college bylaws. The process requires, at a minimum, a promotion dossier including a cover letter, an updated CV, performance reviews (since appointment at current rank), and documentation of contributions in each applicable performance. If a department or college requires additional information, that may also be included with the application.

Non-tenure-track faculty should select the "Submit Request" button on this page and fill out the request form. Those faculty who wish to go through the promotion process should fill out and submit this form on or before January 15th. You will be invited to submit your promotion material in Interfolio as early as December 1st.
