Configure the iOS Outlook app for MocsMail+

Directions

  1. Open the Outlook iOS app

  2. Select 'Add an Account'

  • If you have already set up an account in the Outlook app:

    • Select the ‘Settings’ tab

    • Select ‘Add Account

  1. Under the 'Email' field, enter your UTC MocsMail+ address

  • Example: abc123@mocs.utc.edu

  1. Select 'Sign in'

  • You will be redirected to the CAS login page

  1. Under the 'UTC ID' field, enter your UTC ID

  2. Under the 'Password' field, enter your UTC password

  3. Select 'Login'

  4. After completing the DUO prompt, you should have access to your mobile Outlook account.

    Troubleshooting: If Outlook appears to be stuck syncing or does not finish signing in after completing the DUO prompt, switch back to the Microsoft Authenticator app and check for any pending authentication requests. Complete the authentication if prompted, then return to Outlook to finish the setup.

  5. Select 'Allow' to allow the Outlook app to have access to your data

Note: After completing Duo authentication, Outlook may display a synchronization or sign-in issue. If this happens, switch back to the Microsoft Authenticator app to complete any remaining authentication prompts, then return to Outlook. Once authentication is complete, Outlook should finish setting up successfully.
