Configure Cable TV (Analog TV)

Special Note

UTC campus uses a digital cable system. In order to receive the digital signal on your analog TV, you will need to purchase a NTSC Clear QAM tuner digital-to-analog converter box. These boxes vary in price from $40.00 to $100.00 and can be purchased from your local electronics store or Amazon: IVIEW-3500STBII

Directions

  1. Locate the TV outlet in your room
     
  2. Connect one of the coax cable to the outlet
     
  3. Connect the other end of the coax cable to your digital-to-analog converter box
     
  4. Follow the instructions of your converter box to scan for channels
