Sponsor Internet Access for Multiple Guests or a Conference/Event

Special Note

If you are a guest wanting to obtain internet access, you will need a current member of UTC faculty or staff to sponsor your account.


  1. Open your preferred web browser to: https://ithelp.utc.edu
  2. Select the "Need Something?" button to proceed to the Service Catalog
  3. Select the 'Accounts & Access' category
  4. Select the 'Sponsor Internet Access' category and click the 'Request Service' button on the following page
  5. If prompted to sign in, under the ‘User ID’ field, enter your UTC ID (ex. abc123)
  6. Under the ‘Password’ field, enter your UTC password
  7. Select ‘Login’
  8. Locate and choose the ' Conference/Event/Multiple Guests ' selection and complete all the required fields that display.
  9. When complete, select 'Request'
  • Once the request has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with the login credentials to hand out to your guests.
