Sponsor Internet Access for an Individual Guest

Special Note

If you are a guest wanting to obtain internet access, you will need a current member of UTC faculty or staff to sponsor your account.

Directions

1. Open your preferred web browser to: https://ithelp.utc.edu
2. Select the "Services" button to proceed to the Service Catalog
3. Select the 'WiFi & Network' category
4. Select the 'Sponsor Internet Access' category and click the 'Request Service' button on the following page
5. If prompted to sign in, under the ‘User ID’ field, enter your UTC ID (ex. abc123)
6. Under the ‘Password’ field, enter your UTC password
7. Select ‘Login’
8. Locate and choose the 'Individual Guest' selection and complete all the required fields that display.
9. When complete, select 'Request'

Once the request has been fulfilled, an email will be sent to the individual with his or her login credentials.
