If you are a UTC student or employee and know your UT or UTC password, follow the instructions below to change your current password.
Directions:

Open your preferred web browser to: www.utc.edu/password.

Under the Student and Employee Account Management, follow the Change Your Password section and click on the change it here link.
- Login with your NetID and Password. For assistance with your NetID, contact the IT Helpdesk at 423-425-4000.

Approve your login with Duo or, if prompted, you can sign up for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Review 'Tips for Protecting Your UT Accounts' and click Continue at the bottom of the page.

Using the password complexity requirements found on the page, enter your new password.

Check the 'Acceptable Use Policy' box found at the bottom of the page and click Continue.

The following message will verify that your password has been changed.

Click OK and close your browser.
To manage your account in the future, go to www.utc.edu/password.
