Directions

  1. Dial ‘425-1777’ to access UTC voicemail
  • Dial ‘(423) 425-1777’ if the phone you are using is not from the 423 area code
  1. Dial ‘#’
     
  2. Dial your 4-digit phone extension when asked for your mailbox number
     
  3. Dial your 4-digit security code when prompted
  • The default security code is ‘0000’
  1. Dial ‘3132’
     
  2. Press '2' to start recording your new message when ready.  Press '2' again to stop.
