Change Voicemail Name (On Campus)

Directions

Your Campus Phone

1. Pick up phone handset
    
2. Dial ‘1777’ to access voicemail
    
3. Enter your phone’s security code when prompted
    
4. The default security code is ‘0000’
    
5. Dial ‘315’
    
6. Press 2 to start recording your new name when ready.  Press 2 to stop.

Other Campus Phone

1. Pick up the phone handset
    
2. Dial ‘1777’ to access voicemail

• If the phone you are using has its own voicemail account, dial ‘*’

3. Dial ‘#’
    
4. Dial your 4-digit phone extension when prompted for your mailbox number
    
5. Dial your 4-digit voicemail security code when prompted

• The default security code is ‘0000’

6. Dial ‘315’
    
7. Press 2 to start recording your new name when ready.  Press 2 to stop.
