Change Voicemail Security Code (On Campus)

If you do not know your voicemail security code, you will have to contact Client Services.

Directions

Your Campus Phone

1. Pick up phone handset
    
2. Dial ‘1777’ to access voicemail
    
3. Enter your phone’s security code when prompted

• The default security code is ‘0000’

4. Dial ‘314’
    
5. Dial your new security code when prompted

Other Campus Phone

1. Pick up the phone handset
    
2. Dial ‘1777’ to access voicemail

• If the phone you are using has its own voicemail account, dial ‘*’

3. Dial ‘#’
    
4. Dial your 4-digit phone extension when prompted for your mailbox number
    
5. Dial your 4-digit voicemail security code when prompted

• The default security code is ‘0000’

6. Dial ‘314’
    
7. Dial your new security code when prompted
