Before forwarding, make sure you clear any existing forwarding.

Please submit a Help Desk ticket for assistance if you are:

• forwarding your phone to a long distance number
   
• calling from off campus and not using your campus office phone.

Forwarding All Calls

1. Pick up the phone handset
    
2. Dial ‘*11’
    
3. Dial the number you would like all incoming calls to be forwarded to

Forwarding Calls When Phone is Busy

1. Pick up the phone handset
    
2. Dial ‘*22’
    
3. Dial the number you would like to forward calls to when you are using your phone

Forwarding All Calls After 3 Rings

1. Pick up the phone handset
    
2. Dial ‘*77’
    
3. Dial the number you would like to forward calls to after 3 rings
