Setup Voicemail on Campus Phone

Special Note

If you do not know your voicemail security code or need a new voicemail box, you will have to contact Client Services.

Directions

1. Dial ‘1777’
    
2. When asked for a security code, enter '0000' for new user.
    
3. If new, an automated tutorial will guide you through setup.  If existing, look at changing password, name, and greeting.
    
4. Set your phone to go to voicemail:
    
   1. For don't answer:
       
      1. Wait for a beep then dial '1777'
          
      2. Dial '*77'
          
      3. Pick up phone

2. For busy:
    
   1. Pick up phone
       
   2. Dial '*22'
       
   3. Wait for beep then dial '1777'
