Connect Your Android Device to the UTC-Secure Network

** Note: Please be sure to connect your device to the UTC wireless network and register it before trying to connect to UTC Secure.

1. Open ‘Settings’
    
2. Select ‘Wi-Fi’
    
3. Connect to the ‘UTC’ network
    
4. Open your preferred web browser to: http://netaccess.utc.edu/secure-wireless/
    
5. Accept the EULA and download the XpressConnect app
    
6. Open your preferred web browser again
    
7. Select “Setup Wi-Fi”
    
8. Under the ‘UTC ID’ field, enter your UTC ID
    
9. Under the ‘Password’ field, enter your UTC password
    
10. Select ‘Submit’

• If the phone is Android version 4.0 or newer, you may need to enable a lock screen before your device will be allowed on the UTC-Secure network

11. If prompted, select ‘Okay’ to save the account credentials.
     
12. The phone should then automatically switch over to the UTC-Secure network. If it does not, you may need to connect to the network manually.
