The UT Vault is a secure way to share files with members both within and outside of UT. Follow the guide below to learn how to send files through the Vault.
Directions
List steps and instructions below. Put keywords in bold. (Ex: Click Continue.)

Visit vault.tennessee.edu and select UT Users click here to login. Then sign in with your NetID and account password.

Then to add a file you would like to send, select Upload near the top left and locate the file on your device. You can select your file and then click Open.

Now, to send the file, select the Check Box beside it, then select Share File(s) and Email.

Then input the desired recipient in the To box, and change the Subject or add a Message if you would like to.

Your recipient will receive an email directing them to the shared file(s). For assistance with viewing files shared through the UT Vault, please see How to View Files in the UT Vault.
