2026 Migration to Outlook
We are currently transitioning from Google Workspace (Gmail) to Microsoft 365 (Outlook) as the email platform for all student, faculty, and staff accounts during the 2026 calendar year.
This guide provides information on how to access your student email during our platform transition.
Microsoft O365 Username Changes
UTC Microsoft logins for O365 typically end in @mocs.utc.edu or @utc.edu. If you are transferring from another campus and would like your username changed, please click Request Service on the right.
Primary Email Changes
If you are transferring from another campus, your primary UT email may not be your UTC email. This means you may have to check more than one place to retrieve all your email. If you would like to make changes to your primary UT email address, please click Request Service on the right.
Other Email Change Examples:
- ​Username - The unique credential required to authenticate and access the account.
- Alias - A secondary routing address that directs incoming messages to the primary inbox.
- Reply-To Address - The address where a recipient's response is sent, regardless of the original sending address.
