Requests must be completed by the requesting Director, Department Head, IT Security Liaison, or IT Security Custodian. Once submitted, the Information Security Office will reach out with next steps.
The Information Security Office performs a variety of consulting services including assistance in developing System Security Plan procedures, interpretation of policy. and assistance with FERPA, HIPAA, PCI, GLBA compliance.
