All new HPC users are provided 500 GB of HPC storage. This form is for requesting a storage quota increase for a member of UTC’s faculty. UTC Faculty may also sponsor increasing the storage quota for a UTC student or affiliate by submitting the form on their behalf.
Note: Only a UTC faculty member may submit a request for additional HPC storage. UTC Students or affiliates will need a sponsoring faculty member to submit this request on their behalf.
Sponsoring faculty should emphasize to users the importance of freeing up HPC storage when projects are complete. Sensitive or regulated data cannot be stored on UTC’s HPC resources. This includes HIPAA, FERPA, and other legally regulated data. Please contact the Office of Research Integrity for guidance on sensitive or regulated data.
