Overview

Use this guide to power on the AV system in Arena 301, send the same source to all screens or route to different sources, route the correct audio source, and adjust the room volume. This article is based on the provided Arena 301 control panel walk through and is written as a simplified knowledge base article for Wolford Center staff and support teams.

Quick Start

If you only need the short version:

  1. Open Power Control
  2. Turn All Screens to On
  3. Close the power control window
  4. Select All
  5. Choose Computer for video
  6. Choose Computer under Audio Selection
  7. Use Volume Up if needed

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Start the system

Turn the screens on:

  1. Tap Power Control.
  2. Turn All Screens to On.
  3. Tap Close.

Step 2: Show the same thing on all screens

  1. Tap All.
  2. Tap the source you want, such as Computer, HDMI, or USB-C.

Step 3: Choose the audio source

  1. Under Audio Selection, tap the source you want to hear.
  2. If the screens are showing Computer, choose Computer for audio too.

Step 4: Adjust the volume

  1. Tap Up to raise the volume
  2. Tap Dn to lower the volume
  3. Tap Audio Mute to mute the room

Step 5: If needed, adjust mic volume

  1. Tap "Mic Control" to open the mic control window
  2. Tap Up to raise the volume for the Podium Mic or Wireless Mic 1–4
  3. Tap Dn to lower the volume for that microphone
  4. Tap Mic Mute to mute that microphone
  5. Check the blue level bar next to each mic to see its current volume level
  6. Tap Close in the top-right corner to return to the main screen

Note: Each handheld microphone should be labeled with a number on the front. Adjust the volume up, down, or mute each microphone (1–4) according to its assigned number.

Troubleshooting

No image on one or more screens

  • Confirm All Screens was turned On
  • Re-select the All tab
  • Tap Computer again to resend the source

Image is showing, but there is no sound

  • Check Audio Selection and make sure Computer is selected
  • Raise the volume using Up
  • Make sure audio is not muted

The wrong source is showing

  • Verify the All tab is selected
  • Choose the desired source again, such as Computer, HDMI, or USB-C if needed

Touch panel is not responding

  • Wake the panel and try again
  • If the panel remains unresponsive, contact AV/IT support

Best Practices

  • Always select All before choosing the source if you want every screen to match
  • Keep video source and audio source aligned
  • Adjust volume gradually to avoid sudden loud output
