Student Email Transition to Outlook
UTC is continuing the transition from Gmail to Outlook as part of the Google to Microsoft 365 project. Mailbox migrations began in March 2026 and continued throughout the summer in weekly batches. Most current student accounts have now been transitioned to Outlook for email, with a small number of migrations still in progress.
Actions Needed for Current Students:
Check for Migration Notices: Check both your email and MyMocsNet account for notifications about the status of your mailbox migration. For instructions on accessing your student email during and after this transition, visit https://myutcportal.utc.edu/pages/how-to-access-your-email.
Log in to Outlook: If you are enrolled in classes for Summer 2026 or Fall 2026 and have not already done so, sign in to Outlook at https://outlook.office.com to check your UTC student email there. A list of quick tips for managing your email in the new system is available here.
