RingCentral Voicemail Guide

Steps

STEP ONE:  Access your voicemail.

  • Press the voicemail button on your desk phone, or dial *86.

STEP TWO:  Sign in to your voicemail box.

  • Enter your voicemail PIN, then press #.
  • Your default voicemail PIN is provided during account setup.

After the system announces the number of messages in your voicemail box, you will have the following options via numeric key press:

Press 2 for Account Administration.

  • Press 2 to record a new voicemail greeting.
  • Press 3 to change your voicemail PIN
  • Press 9 to sign in to another extension.
  • Press * to return to the main menu.

Press 4 to Send a Voice Message

  • With this option, you can send a voice message to another individual.
