Connect Your Windows Computer to the UTC-Secure Network

Note: Please be sure to connect your device to the UTC wireless network and register it before trying to connect to UTC Secure. Click here to learn how to register your Windows computer.

Directions

  1. Connect to the ‘UTC’ network
     
  2. Open your preferred web browser to: http://netaccess.utc.edu/secure-wireless/
     
  3. Select ‘I accept the terms…’ to accept the EULA
     
  4. Select ‘Start’ to download the Network Wizard Loader
     
  5. After the download has completed, run the Network Wizard Loader
     
  6. The Network Wizard Loader runs a program called XpressConnect
     
  7. Under the ‘UTC ID’ field, enter your UTC ID
     
  8. Under the ‘Password’ field, enter your UTC password
     
  9. Once authenticated, XpressConnect should finish the configuration and then automatically switch networks from UTC to UTC-Secure. If this does not happen automatically, do so manually.
