Edit Your Email Signature Using Outlook Web App

Directions

  1. Open your preferred web browser to: https://outlook.office.com
     
  2. Under the ‘User name’ field, enter your UTC ID (ex. abc123)
     
  3. Under the ‘Password’ field, enter your UTC password
     
  4. Select ‘Sign in’
     
  5. Select ‘Settings’ in the upper-right corner of your browser (shown as a cog wheel)
     
  6. Select ‘View all Outlook settings’ at the bottom of the "Settings" sidebar
     
  7. Select ‘Compose and reply’
     
  8. Under the ‘E-Mail Signature’ field, enter your preferred signature
     
  9. Check the ‘Automatically include my…’ box
     
  10. Select ‘Save’
