Directions
- Open your preferred web browser to: https://outlook.office.com
- Under the ‘User name’ field, enter your UTC ID (ex. abc123)
- Under the ‘Password’ field, enter your UTC password
- Select ‘Sign in’
- Select ‘Settings’ in the upper-right corner of your browser (shown as a cog wheel)
- Select ‘View all Outlook settings’ at the bottom of the "Settings" sidebar
- Select ‘Compose and reply’
- Under the ‘E-Mail Signature’ field, enter your preferred signature
- Check the ‘Automatically include my…’ box
- Select ‘Save’
