Log in to Qualtrics
UT System has extended the Qualtrics contract through May 31, 2026.
Directions
Open your preferred web browser to:
https://cas.tennessee.edu/qualtrics
Under the ‘NetID’ field, enter your UTC ID (ex. abc123)
Under the ‘Password’ field, enter your UTC password
Select ‘Login’
If a ‘This seems to…’ message pops up:
Select ‘I don’t have a Qualtrics account’
Under the ‘Email’ field, enter your UTC email (ex. Jane-Smith@utc.edu or abc123@mocs.utc.edu)
Under the ‘First Name’ field, enter your first name (ex. Jane)
Under the ‘Last Name’ field, enter your last name (ex. Smith)
If applicable, check the ‘I am a student’ box
Select ‘Update'
Troubleshooting
“The credentials you provided cannot be determined to be authentic.”
Attempt to follow the directions one more time
If this does not work, you may need to change your password
Visit Web Surveys @ UT For More Information
