Mocs Card: Add your Mocs Card to Apple Wallet on iPhone and Apple Watch

During the transition to this new technology, please retain your physical Mocs Card ID as the mobile ID does not replace your physical card entirely.

What you need to get started:

iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus or later running the latest version of iOS
Apple Watch Series 1 or later running the latest version of watchOS
Apple ID signed into iCloud
Ensure that you have an approved photo on file. If you are not sure if you have an approved photo, please visit the Mocs Card Office’s page on how to view and submit a photo.
GET Mobile app from the App Store
Your University of Tennessee (UT) NetID, password, and access to a device that is setup to access your UTC Two-Factor Authentication (DUO) verification.

NOTE: Be sure to remove your Digital ID when trading in your old phone.

Open the App Store on your iPhone and search for "GET Mobile." The creator of the app is ‘The CBORD Group, Inc.'

Install the GET Mobile app by clicking 'Get' next to the app icon.
*To install apps on your iPhone, Apple requires a valid Apple ID and password.
Open GET Mobile from your iPhone and choose 'University of Tennessee at Chattanooga' from the dropdown list.
Log in using your UTC credentials, and then complete the DUO authentication.
Select the 'Add to Apple Wallet' button. Then select whether you would like to add the Digital Mocs Card to your iPhone or Apple Watch. You may add the ID to both device types.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
The ID will now be available in your Apple Wallet. You do not need to keep the GET Mobile app to use the functionality of the Mocs Card.
You’re done! Your card can now be used at all digital ID-enabled locations.
- To add to your Apple Watch, simply repeat these steps but select 'Apple Watch' as the device to enable. You can have your digital ID on both devices at the same time.
