During the transition to this new technology, please retain your physical Mocs Card ID as the mobile ID does not replace your physical card entirely.
What you need to get started:
Step 1: Install and set up GET app and NFC
- In your device's settings, ensure NFC/Contactless Payments is enabled.
- In the Play Store, search for GET and install the GET Mobile app.
Step 2: Add your Mocs Card to the GET app
- Open the GET app.
- First-Time Users:
- Select The University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
- Log in with your NetID and Password
- You will be prompted to create a passcode. When you open GET in the future, you’ll be prompted to enter the passcode to get in.
- Once logged into GET, select the Add to Phone button.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Your Digital Mocs Card will now be provisioned to your device. Do not delete the GET app. If you delete the app, your Digital Mocs Card will be removed as well.
Note: Some users may need to have the GET app logged in and open to use their Mobile Credential.
It may take up to one hour before you are able to use your Digital Mocs Card for door access, printing and other services.
*If your Android phone does not allow building access, verify NFC is enabled on the device.
Instructions vary by device, but generally, you can check the NFC settings by opening the Settings menu and then searching for "nfc"
