Introduction
Service Description: The IT Solutions Center is an IT support team for students. This team assists with general technical inquiries, password management, network access, email client setup, software installation and hardware diagnostics. The IT Solutions Center is considered a “free labor”, “liability-free” and “best effort” service. Faculty, staff, and visiting guests may also use this service for password management, network access and email client setup (mobile only).
