Service Description

Phone trees are typically used to direct callers to the appropriate location without the need for interaction. A phone tree can be used as a department's main line in order to field calls to the appropriate staff. A simple call tree provides one audio recording before sending the call to a destination. More complex phone trees can be created that require callers to navigate through more menus.
