Request a Hardware Token for Two-Factor Authentication

This service is available to Faculty, Staff, and Students.

Service Description

If you do not have a mobile device capable of installing Duo, click "Request Service" to request a hardware token. For short term Duo access due to a broken, lost, or otherwise inaccessible device, please call that IT HelpDesk at 423-425-4000.
