Connect a New Device to the Network (Faculty/Staff)

Please provide us with the type of device you are trying to connect to the network and its MAC address.


For devices to utilize the UTC Network, they must first be registered. Most devices can be registered through our self-service website at: For assistance connecting a new device to the campus network, click on Request Service to the right. We can assist with connection a wide variety of devices including but not limited to: Smart Phones, TVs, Computers, Printers, tablets, and more!
