International Travel Loaner Device Request

Loaner laptops are strongly recommended for international travel and required for traveling to countries of concern when university employees will be conducting official work, including but not limited to research, conferences, collaborations, teaching, and training. Loaners are also available for employees traveling for personal reasons who anticipate working on University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) projects while abroad.

This request form is used when a department requests to move lab machines.
