Service Description
If you need assistance with issues installing, managing, or troubleshooting any campus software.
If you are encountering any issues with using or accessing software, click "Request Service" to create a ticket requesting assistance. Please include the name of the software you need assistance with installing or troubleshooting.
Note, this request form is not meant for:
- Lab maintenance windows. To request software in a lab, please fill out a Lab Software Request here.
- Adobe Pro/Adobe Creative Cloud license. Employees should fill out an approval request form. To learn more about eligibility or how to install Adobe products, please click here.
